Junior Associates (Corporate law)

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience at a reputable law firm, either as a Junior Associate or Paralegal with a focus on corporate law. Experience in real estate and M&A is a plus.

  • Capability to work independently on straightforward cases while demonstrating a keen interest in modern technology.

  • Experience or interest in transactional legal work (e.g., M&A transactions, project financing) is an advantage.

  • Fluent English is required; German language skills are a plus.

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Assertiveness and problem-solving skills to handle diverse and challenging legal scenarios.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
