Junior Associates & Lawyers (Corporate M&A)

Our client, a highly regarded law firm in the region, is seeking talented Associates and Lawyers to join their expanding Corporate M&A practice in Budapest. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside market-leading experts on complex and high-profile cases, with responsibilities including handling general corporate and commercial matters while being actively involved in significant M&A transactions.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Hungarian law degree

• Relevant experience in Corporate M&A gained at a reputable law firm

• Between 0–6 years of experience (open to fresh graduates and those with up to 2 years post-bar)

• Fluency in Hungarian and English (German is a plus)

• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive, self-driven attitude

• Dedication and a positive work ethic
