Senior Associate (Corporate M&A)

Our client, a leading law firm with an esteemed Corporate M&A practice in Budapest, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join their team. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with market-leading experts on sophisticated M&A transactions and significant corporate matters. The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage client relationships and oversee transactions, with experience in coordinating complex deals considered a strong advantage. This position is offered on both a full-time and flexible part-time basis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Hungarian law degree and bar qualification

• Extensive Corporate M&A experience from a reputable law firm

• Fluency in Hungarian and English 

• Strong ability to manage clients and lead transactions with a strategic, solutions-oriented approach

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Self-driven, proactive, and committed to professional growth
